3. Our company occupies its own 35,000 m² site, 7,500 m² of which is taken up by industrial buildings used for workshops and offices.   The industrial building is conceived and structured using modern methods and is fitted out with two 5 ton bridge cranes, one 6 ton bridge crane, three 10 ton bridge cranes, two 15 ton cranes and one 50 ton crane (max. headroom of bridge crane=12,5 m ) ; there is also on line  a transformer room, belonging to our Company, providing 1,000 kVA of power .

4. We take great pleasure in drawing your attention to the details concerning the availability of our machines, which are constantly updated and expanded to meet the requirements of our customers.   Our company is sub-divided into the departments listed below.

ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT :

·   Three CAD stations, complete with printers and an A0 size B/N color ink jet plotter for the lay-outs and drafting. On  another dedicated PC a CAD-CAM programme for the development of the machining operation cycles is installed.  All the posts have  Internet connection to transmit and receive right away the files to / from our customers and suppliers.

CUTTING DEPARTMENT :

·    One Oxygen lance and plasma pantograph controlled by a Pentium PC for computer assisted governing  of sheet cutting. Machine capacity:     3,000 mm   x   12,000 mm. (Stainless steel thickness to 90 mm, Fe thickn.to 300 mm)

· One AMADA numerically controlled saw.  Capacity: 400 mm x 400 mm.

·    Two 250 x 250 mm capacity saws.

·      One AMADA saw,  capacity: 650 x 650, 90°- 60° cut angle.

·      One Shearing machine  Capacity: L= 3,000 - 10 mm th.

ASSEMBLY DEPARTMENT:

·      A 1,200 m² area equipped with reference plane surfaces for machine section assembly: 6 m headroom of the 15 ton bridge crane;

·      A 300 m² area equipped with reference planes for machine section assembly: 12,5 m headroom of the 50 ton bridge crane.

CARPENTRY DEPARTMENT

·     Six Assembly stations;

·      Four Welding stations with positioners;

·      Eight push button controlled continuous welding wire MIG arc welders;

·      Two Lincoln sand submerged arc welding units, 800 - 600 A;

·      Two Messer TIG 400 A welding units with gas protection atmosphere (stainless steel welding);

·      Qualified staff for welding on steel and inox pipes the head-head joints and plates in plane of head-head joints according to the UNI 6918/71 regulations  and Euro regulations EN 287/1   (Certifying body :  Inst. DET NORSKE VERITAS );

·      We also own the qualification of welding process according to the EN288-3: 1993 (Certifying body : Inst. DET NORSKE VERITAS);

·      One numerical control  400 ton  capacity bending machine   L =  4,000 mm.

·      One numerical control 80 ton  capacity bending machine L = 1,200 mm.

MACHINING DEPARTEMENT:

Besides  the usual machine tools having standard working capability which are present at the various departments of our plant, we would submit to your kind attention the below mentioned machines dislocated in the departments listed below, which for their characteristics and working performances represent a distinction for our Company.
